We are a retired couple with an assortment of interests. We are out and about a lot of the time, keeping busy, but we are always attentive to the needs of our guests and will usually be here to deal with any problems that guests might encounter, We operate a contact free arrival format so guests can arrive at any time that suits them, we provide access details by mobile on the day of arrival.

From Liverpool Airport and the north
- Follow the signs for Wallasey/Chester/North Wales
- Take the Wallasey Tunnel (toll)
- Use the left lane to take the A5027 slip road to
Docks/Birkenhead - At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Gorsey
Lane/A5027 - Turn right onto Mill Lane/A5088
- Mill Lane/A5088 turns left and becomes St. Alban’s
Road/A551 - Turn right onto Wallasey Road/A551
- Continue onto Liscard Village/B5143, follow the road left, then right and left again until you reach Zig Zag Road.
- Turn right onto Zig Zag Road
- Continue straight onto Steel Ave
- Cross straight over Seabank Rd/A554 into Holland Road.
- Holland House is on the left (No 7) look for the big ash tree.
From Manchester Airport and the south.
- Get onto the M56 heading west to Liverpool, Chester, Birkenhead.
- Follow M56 and then M53 (2nd M53 exit) leave the motorway at junction 1 – turn left and follow the A554 to the prom… turn right along the prom past the clown statue, past Morrisons and turn right at the round about up Rowson Street – A554.
- Continue up Rowson Street, which changes into Seabank Road at the top of the hill. Drive about half a mile… Holland Road is on the left.
Checkin & Checkout
Normal check-in time is 3 pm until 8 pm. Later arrivals are subject to a late arrival charge of £15 but we do offer a free ‘let yourselves in’ option. Guest must provide us with a mobile phone number in order to access this option.
Cancellation Policy
After booking, guests have 24 hours to cancel free of charge, thereafter we will charge a cancellation fee this being 10% of the total booking fee up to 30 days before the due date
House Rules
We have 3 pet-friendly rooms, our 1st-floor Deluxe Apartment, our 1st-floor Balcony room and our ground floor Garden Studio. Pets are not permitted in any of our other rooms.
