We Have History

Holland House, New Brighton.
Built 1895

Holland House has been the family home of the Hayes family (Roger, Gaye and Children Alexandra, Victoria and Charles) from 1989 until present although the children have now become adults and left the nest. Holland House started life as a guest house in 2016 when Roger and Gaye considered that this might be a relaxing way to enter retirement – little did they realise that they would soon be one of the busiest B&B establishments in New Brighton and on the Wirral.

We offer a relaxing environment, total privacy and a tranquil setting. We provide self-help continental style breakfast in each room/apartment. Our apartments have their own kitchens, smaller rooms have fridges, kettles and toasters.

Roger & Gaye

We are Gaye and Roger Hayes, your hosts. Gaye originates from Auckland New Zealand and Roger is a thoroughbred Liverpudlian. We are delighted to welcome guests to our home in New Brighton on the Wirral Peninsular. We are both retired and enjoy travelling and when we are away we have a brilliant House Manager Julie Barber, who will take great care of you. If it is your first visit to the area, we can offer some great suggestions for day trips to Liverpool, Chester or Wales.
